The Panda Xiang Xiang makes his great debut
A giant panda born in Tokyo's Ueno Zoo made its public debut on Tuesday.
His name is Xiang Xiang and he appeared before the audience with his mother, Shin Shin, at 9:45 AM.
To alleviate the burden of the puppy and avoid congestion at the zoo, public visits to see Xiang Xiang are limited to about 2,000 and visitors who may see Xiang Xiang are chosen by lottery, each visitor is expected to have approximately one or two minutes to see it directly. The zoo began broadcasting live images of Xiang Xiang online from 9:30 a.m. The cameras are spread over several locations in the pandas area.
