Why are we holding this event?

Promote the importance of mental health in our everyday lives and encourages help seeking behaviours when needed

Connect young people and community members with information about the services that are available to them.

Support local young talent by providing opportunities for young people 12-25 years to perform at the event.

Provide positive and engaging face to face interaction between youth, community and local service providers and community based organisations.

Break down the barriers between young people and services with the aim to encourage help seeking.

Help young people to feel connected and supported in our community by promoting a sense of acceptance, inclusion, belonging and connectedness.

Provide young people and community members with information about youth specific health mental services and positive strategies
Create ongoing partnerships between education, health and local service providers.

Creating opportunities for fun, engaging, youth led projects that young people want to be part of.

So come along, bring your family and friends, and dress up to support youth mental health!
