• Réglement Cosplay:
Les costumes et répliques d’armes seront autorisés à l’intérieur du salon sous 2 conditions :
- Elles ne doivent pas être trop réalistes.
- Elles doivent être bien rangées/camouflées en dehors de la salle.
• Inscriptions au concours:
Les inscriptions se font par mail à l'adresse suivante: asianaddictconvention@gmail.com
La date maximum pour votre inscription est le 14 avril à 18h
• Déroulement du concours:
Le concours sera divisé en 2 sessions : une pour les cosplays achetés et l’autre pour les faits main :
- Le premier tour se déroulera à 13h30 sur la scène pour les cosplays achetés.
- Le deuxième tour avec les cosplays faits main se déroulera juste après le premier tour (l’horaire ne saura être donné que le jour même après les dernières inscriptions).
• Informations:
- Il y aura normalement une salle ou une pièce pour vous changer (nous confirmerons cela plus tard).
- Il n’a pas de restrictions quant à l’origine du cosplay (que ce soit une série, un film ou encore un jeux video même s’il n’est pas asiatique). Exception pour les personnages inventés.
• Les votes:
Le jury sera le public, une urne sera disposée près de la scène, il vous sera possible de voter.

• Cosplay rules:
The costumes and replica weapons will be allowed inside the salon under 2 conditions:
- They should not be too realistic.
- They must be tidy / camouflaged outside the room.
• Entries to the contest:
Registration is by e-mail at the following address: asianaddictconvention@gmail.com
The maximum date for your registration is April 14th at 6pm
• Competition process:
The competition will be divided into 2 sessions: one for the cosplays purchased and the other for the handmade:
- The first round will take place at 1:30 pm on the stage for the purchased cosplays.
- The second round with the handmade cosplay will take place just after the first round (the schedule will only be given the day after the last entries).
• Information:
- There will normally be a room or room for you to change (we will confirm this later).
- It has no restrictions on the origin of the cosplay (whether it is a series, a film or even a video game even if it is not Asian). Exception for invented characters.
• The votes:
The jury will be the public, an urn will be placed near the stage, you will be able to vote.
