The study of anime Tatsukoko Production, celebrates its 55 anniversary, commemorated by a poster of special edition in which it shows its works in these 55 Years.
Tatsunoko was founded by Tatsuo, Kenji, Toyo and Yoshida brothers in 1962. His first series was Space Ace an adaptation of the manga of Tatsuo Yoshida, which the historian Anime, Jonathan Clements, described as an "imitation of Astro Boys" of Tezuka.
However, unlike the study Mushi Pro Tezuka, Tatsunoko embraced a wide range of styles and genres, to succeed from the beginning with series like: Mach Go Go (Speed Racer), Gatchaman and Time Bokan.
Unfortunately, Tatsuo Yoshida died in 1977, but the study continued under the ambience of its brothers, giving life to series classic like Macross, Mospeada and Megazone 23.
