Prior to its premiere the Official Web site in charge of One Week Friends released two trailers:
Hazuki-sensei started the manga in 2012 and finished in January 2015. The manga drew a special chapter from the series, in April this year. Square Enix published the seventh and final volume compiled on April 22.
